I have always enjoyed Rogan's shoes because the buy one get one half off (equal price or less) is a stellar deal. However, I was recently absolutely mystified- I called Rogan's today in attempt to see that they were an official distributor of Keen products; my boots ripped within 6 months of purchase and I wanted to file a warranty claim with Keen. This is when I was notified by the store clerk that Rogan's will do a one time damage replacement! I am so grateful I called, and honestly so impressed that I had to come immediately write a review. I will enthusiastically recommend Rogan's to anyone who is looking for a new pair of kicks or some slippers. Great store, great products, amazing service.

Pretty good variety. They can even order shoes in if they don't have your size...

We love the wide selection of shoes especially Sketchers. The best thing is their customer service. Top notch and put customers first. It is not often you find stores that care but this is one that does.

They definitely have the assortment of shoes. We were worried about finding our size in what we wanted, but that was not the case. They have all sizes available. Thank you. It was a one stop shopping experience.

Our son has autism. The staff was excellent! They went about helping us quickly so we could keep the sensory input to a minimum. We are very pleased. We will be returning Customers.

Codie did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable and helpful finding a pair of track shoes for our daughter. He explained a lot of important information to consider in our selection process. We have always had a great experience visiting Rogans Shoes. Keep up the great work!

I was advised to purchase shoes by my podiatrist due to a heel injury I sustained. I was referred to this store. I received courteous and helpful service from the salesperson. She helped me select the proper size and style for my issue. I bought two pair and got the second pair for half price too!

Great store with an awesome selection. Prices seem to be on par with most shoe stores that carry top name brands, and the BOGO half off sale usually results in me leaving with 2 pairs - one with laces and a pair of loafers for around the house. These should last me another 2 or 3 years before I'll be back to buy another couple pairs!

Went to Rogan‘s the other day with my daughter in Stevens Point. Matthew was very patient and kind and took the time to explain the cushioning in shoes and why certain shoes fit the way they do i.e. track shoes, walking shoes and running shoes. Being that my daughter has 1 foot bigger than the other she has difficulty finding shoes that fit her in women’s so she has to go to the men’s size. Matthew, helped with finding where she could get the shoe in the color and size she needed from different Rogan‘s around the Appleton area. She got exactly what she needed. Thank you Matthew again for being so patient and all of your hard work. You deserve a raise. We will come back to see you again soon.

I like the selection of shoes here. It doesnt take long to walk around and quickly see what section the shoes are. I like that im not bothered unless I ask for help which I did a couple times. We talked about my upcoming wedding she was super helpful signed me up for rewards and helped me find what I needed. Ended up leaving with 3 pairs of shoes lol.
